Many changes have been made and some things added to make it easier to submit tickets to our support staff. 

Please Note:  It is NOT required for you to register in order to submit a ticket. 

We take pride in the fact that our support staff has been able to keep our ticket turn-around time down to less than a single business day and we hope to make our response time even better.
